@all: thanks for the nice words! I think that I won't be working on my toolkits anytime soon (as I'll be working on a real product for Acute3D). But I'm still interested in learning new stuff and improving my WebGL PhotoSynth Viewer (another post is coming very soon about it!).
@gEEvEE: Acute3D doesn't have a product for end-user right now, but you can already try Acute3D technology by using Autodesk Photofly (limited to 40 pictures).

Hi Henri,
I wrote the Acute3D people already two times, but never got an answer back. I would like to try this software in my research and compare it to all SfM solutions I use up till now. Hope you can help me with a demo version.
Thanks and keep up the good work!

Henri, congratulations on your new job!
As everyone above has said, we will be sad to see this weblog of yours slow down, but we will be glad that the reason is that someone is paying your for your talents.
All the best!

Congratulations Henry!
I am a user of Acute 3D, they are really really great. I hope you find a nice place to work.
Your blog made me research more about 3D features, so my best wishes for you.
God Bless You.

Uuu this is bad news at first as many of these open projects will probably dye, but the good point is that your talent will met with other at the same level. Acute meshing~texturing tech is by far the best, but the feature extraction in photofly is extremelly poor and makes the process frustating. Hope this fusion reports ahigh end comercial product.
